Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was damaged during delivery.

  • There was a quality issue with your product (e.g., underbaking, incorrect ingredients, etc.).

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience an issue with your order, follow these steps:

Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans change, but because we begin preparing orders promptly, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders canceled after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
